All alteration requests are subject to approval and will be assessed by Komal Kothari, who holds the sole discretion to decide whether an alteration is possible or not.
Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition when requesting an alteration.
We encourage customers to place orders mindfully, as each piece is crafted exclusively upon request.
While shipping for alterations, costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
As per our policy, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refund requests once the order is confirmed.
Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final and enters production within hours.
