Shipping policy
Shipping:
We at Komal Kothari, provide a free shipping service on all our orders. We aim at shipping products within 8 business days from order placement and our average delivery timeline ranges between 9 to 12 business days. We also provide express shipping as an option and deliver between 6 to 8 business days.
Shipping worldwide.
We offer international shipping as well. The estimated delivery timeline is 17–20 working (business) days, depending on the destination and order specifications.
Returns/Exchanges:
Our pieces are made to order and are not eligible for exchange ; however, we do offer alterations. If your order doesn’t fit as expected, please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving the product so we can review your request. All alteration requests are subjective and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Komal Kothari, who holds sole discretion to determine whether an alteration is feasible. Please note that return and shipping costs for alterations will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
No refund/cancellation:
No refund or cancellation will be done on the orders.
